Here’s how it works:

For all service calls, we charge a $49 diagnostic fee. This assures that you will receive service on time, within a reasonable time frame, and from an expertly trained technician.

The technician will inspect your system, do necessary tests, and determine what the problem is and how it can be fixed. No matter how long it takes him, it is covered in the $49.

Then our technician will quote you exactly how much it will cost to repair your system. We give you all the HVAC pricing before we begin.

If you choose to proceed with the repairs, then we waive the diagnostic cost. If you choose not to have the repairs done, then you only pay the $49 diagnostic fee.

We give Free Estimates on total HVAC system replacements. We can do this without a diagnostic fee because a technician is not required to come out and do any testing.
